• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and facility technicians.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma Kaizen projects to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee TPM program development and maintenance.
• Coordinate new product introductions and process documentation.
• Manage budgets and guide energy efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits as needed.
