The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field and 5-7+ years of leadership experience, with preference for aerospace or automotive metals forming expertise.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required.
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing management and operations leadership.
• P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employees.
• Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities.
• Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment.
• Drive performance excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and key operational metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations.
• Directly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production Supervisors.
• Manage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operations.
