Job summary

Searchmasters Inc, a global leader in engineered metal products, is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to oversee and mentor 2–5 manufacturing leaders within an investment casting plant in Michigan. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and safety.

You will monitor and manage key plant performance metrics, establish KPIs, and work to optimize quality, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
