Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee production operations within investment casting.

You will drive KPI-based performance, manage a large team, and lead cross-functional improvement programs across front and back-end manufacturing. The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field with 5–7+ years of leadership, P&L ownership for $50M+ operations, and direct experience in aerospace or automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or business-related field is required.
• Minimum 5-7+ years in manufacturing management and operations leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership for $50M+ manufacturing operations with 200+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and coordination of production operations in an investment casting environment.
• Drive performance by establishing and monitoring KPIs and operational metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing.
• Directly oversee 9 managers and 7 production supervisors (total 200–250 indirect reports).
• Manage a large, multi-shift operation with extensive aerospace/auto metals experience.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations
• Directly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production Supervisors
• Manage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operations

Key Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required
• 5-7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experience
• Demonstrated P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employee workforce
• Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities
• Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys
