Job summary

Search Masters is partnering with a premier organization to identify a high-caliber leader for a critical production role in investment casting.

You will oversee all casting operations, develop manufacturing plans, drive lean initiatives, and monitor KPIs and safety programs.

You will directly manage 3–6 Production Managers, set strategic direction, and champion continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Production Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment casting operations including planning, execution, KPIs, and safety programs.
• Directly manage a team of 3–6 Production Managers with leadership and direction.
• Drive production performance and develop strategic plans aligned with Plant Manager goals.
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across operations.
