Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee production operations in an investment casting environment, drive KPI performance, and lead continuous improvement efforts across front-end and back-end manufacturing.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field and 5-7+ years of leadership experience, with preference for aerospace or automotive metals forming expertise.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required.
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing management and operations leadership.
• P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employees.
• Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities.
• Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment.
