Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Heavy-Duty Maintenance or similar field.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates plant equipment to identify opportunities to improve availability and yield.
• Studies trends to identify maintenance needs and prioritize actions.
• Participates in broad-scale plant maintenance initiatives and projects.
• Coordinates with vendors for maintenance support and parts.
• Develops reports on plant capacity, yield, and maintenance activities.
• Maintains maintenance records in company systems.
• Performs MSHA pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
• Prioritizes safety, quality, and production in daily work.
• Performs timely repairs and preventive maintenance on stationary equipment.
• Inspects and services pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and screens to minimize downtime.
• Operates cranes, man-lifts, welding and cutting tools as required.
• Fabricates, erects, and repairs processing and mobile equipment.
• Maintains and prioritizes maintenance backlog with supervision.
