Martin Marietta is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic to perform repair and preventive maintenance on rock crusher and fixed plant equipment. This role requires safe operation of conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and related machinery, plus fabrication, welding and shop duties as needed.

You will work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and complete required paperwork for equipment status and backlog management. Flexibility for overtime and shift patterns may be required.

Formación

• 1+ years in heavy-duty maintenance, preferably aggregates
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Commitment to safety and basic reading/writing
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair stationary plant equipment and conveyors
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Complete required paperwork to track equipment status
• Operate basic shop tools and welding equipment as needed
• Train and coach coworkers on maintenance practices
• Prioritize safety and quality in daily tasks
