Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance department and ensure safe, efficient plant upkeep. The role involves supervising mechanical and E&I maintenance, scheduling work orders, and coordinating outages under the Maintenance Manager.

Preferred candidates will have a technical degree, CMMS experience, and 1–3 years of supervision, with 0–25% travel and flexibility for night work during outages. Competitive benefits and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a power plant environment or military background.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience using CMMS.
• Travel may be required, 0-25%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises the maintenance department.
• Ensure compliance with operating and emergency procedures.
• Inspects plant machinery for safety and environmental compliance.
• Assigns daily work based on priority with Operations on a shift basis.
• Schedules and monitors outside contractors and maintenance activities.
• Maintains CMMS records and prepares work orders for repairs.
