WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Stamford, CT facility. You will manage the maintenance team, schedule work orders, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures while coordinating with Operations on shift changes.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in power or heavy industry, familiarity with CMMS, and a commitment to safe, efficient plant performance. On-site role with standard industry benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma preferred with maintenance discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervision in industrial maintenance or power plant setting.
• Experience with CMMS and safety programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Plans, assigns, and supervises daily maintenance work and requests.
• Ensures compliance with operating and emergency procedures.
• Inspects plant machinery for safety and environmental adherence.
• Schedules work orders, coordinates with operations, and manages staffing.
• Oversees external contractors and maintenance shop activities.
• Maintains CMMS records and inventory control.
• Promotes safe, collaborative culture and training development.
