WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Operations Department and plant staff, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. The role involves training personnel, enforcing safety programs, managing administrative duties, and acting as Plant Manager's representative when off-site.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED (accredited).
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or equivalent.
• Two years in a power plant environment as PO or 5 years related experience including training in a power plant environment.
• ASME QRO Provisional license eligibility.
• Massachusetts facility requires 2nd Class Engineer license.

Responsabilités

• Directs and supervises Operations Department and other personnel to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operation during duty hours.
• Maintains and enforces company policies, environmental compliance, and safety requirements.
• Trains shift personnel in safety procedures, plant operating procedures, and environmental standards; implements training programs.
• Enforces lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and welding/cutting permits procedures.
• Completes disciplinary forms, timesheets, and attendance documentation; writes reports as required.
