The role supports the Maintenance Manager by coordinating preventive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, electrical routing, and related equipment, ensuring reliable uptime and adherence to safety standards. This full-time position monitors daily activities, manages parts inventory, trains maintenance staff, and collaborates with QA,

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical skills.
• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of inventory and supply-chain processes.
• Basis computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant preventive maintenance program daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Coordinate maintenance with QA, Sanitation, and Production teams.
• Lead mechanical and electrical staff to meet production needs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Manage inventory of spare parts for continuous operation.
