Job summary

The role includes month-end close, variance analysis, and data-driven recommendations to improve profitability; CapEx analysis and education for non-finance staff, and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide actionable feedback/recommendations.
• Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure plant forecasts and budgets align with goals.
• Review and explain manufacturing variances.
• Provide data-driven analysis to drive accountability.
• Support CapEx analysis and execution.
