Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Plant Finance to join the APS Division in Billerica, MA.

This role partners with Operations Finance Directors and site leadership to drive monthly forecasts, consolidation, and strategic analysis to optimize plant performance. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Financial modeling and analysis experience
• Cost accounting knowledge in manufacturing
• GAAP knowledge and internal control concepts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, global environment
• Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude
• Proficient SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; BO and SAP BPC a plus
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide actionable feedback for management
• Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure plant forecasts and budgets align with goals
• Review manufacturing variances
• Provide data-driven analysis to drive accountability
• Support CapEx planning and analysis
• Support month-end close and consolidation for GAAP compliance
• Provide financial education to non-finance staff
