Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Plant Finance to partner with Plant Management across multiple sites and drive financial decision support for manufacturing operations.

You will maintain plant cost accounting processes, support forecasting and budgeting, and work on standard costing updates, variance analysis, and productivity projects while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of experience.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge in manufacturing preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and internal control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; Business Objects and SAP BPC a plus.
• Strong communication skills to summarize financial analysis to non-financial partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure forecasts/budgets align with site, MS Division and Corporate goals.
• Support standard costing rates and update material cost, BOM, and routings.
• Review proposed productivity projects and manufacturing variances.
• Provide business/operations decision support through analysis.
• Ensure timely plant results and GAAP-compliant statements.
• Provide financial education and guidance to non-finance staff.
• Travel as required.
