Job summary

Entegris Professional Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Plant Finance to deliver financial decision support for multiple sites and partner with Plant Management in the MS Division.

You will help maintain plant cost accounting, perform analyses, and support GAAP-compliant month-end close. You will drive forecasts, budgeting, standard costing, and cost roll processes, while collaborating with Operations to optimize material costs, BOMs, and routings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years experience.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and internal control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment.
• Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude.
• Proficient SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide actionable feedback/recommendations for management.
• Support monthly/annual forecasting/budgeting and align plant forecasts with goals.
• Support standard costing rates and update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll.
• Support and review productivity projects.
• Review/manufacturing variances.
• Provide financial education to non-finance employees.
