Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Plant Finance to support multiple sites across the US and beyond. You will provide financial decision support and partner with Plant Management within the Materials Solutions division to maintain cost accounting processes and perform operational analysis.

You will forecast, budget, set standard costing, analyze variances, and participate in month-end close. Travel to Entegris sites is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years experience.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment.
• Proficient SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and SAP BPC a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide actionable feedback and recommendations.
• Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure plant forecasts and budgets align with goals.
• Support standard costing rates and update material cost, BOM and routings.
• Support and review productivity projects.
• Review and explain manufacturing variances.
• Provide financial education and guidance to non-finance employees.
• Complete month end close tasks ensuring GAAP compliance and inventory valuation.
• Travel as required to Entegris sites.
