Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Houston, TX to drive new business for Plant Engineering and Digitization Services. You will build relationships with EPCs, engineering consultants, fabricators and Owner/Operators to nurture opportunities and close deals.

You will travel as needed, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets in a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 3-10 years in services and solutions sales with strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Sustainable Energy, Industrial and Plant Engineering.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Plant Engineering and Digitization Services and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with EPCs / Engineering Consultants, Fabricators, Owner/Operators.
• Manage the sales cycle, map accounts, and close business.
