Job summary

Clorox's Glad division seeks a Staff Engineer to provide day-to-day engineering support across the production facility. You will lead site-based capital projects, drive manufacturing improvements, and act as a SME on cross-functional teams guided by established processes.

You will spend most of your time on the production floor, collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to advance safety, efficiency, and sustainability goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in Plant Engineering/Operations.
• SAP experience.
• Manufacturing environment with rotating equipment, elevated surfaces, and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations within the facility.
• Lead site-based capital projects and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Act as SME on cross-functional teams and apply management guidance.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives across the site and drive continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability goals.
• Spend ~70% on the production floor performing hands-on engineering work.
