Job summary

Campbell's, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist for our plant. You will lead EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, and drive safety initiatives across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of safety experience in manufacturing, with responsibilities spanning audits, training, incident investigations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A strong safety culture is a core focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a safety-related manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforces regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other state/local departments to achieve EHS objectives.
• Provides guidance to supervision and management regarding regulatory compliance for health and safety.
• Maintains OSHA 300 logs and Injury/Illness metrics.
• Develops site-specific Health and Safety programs as needed.
• Performs hazard assessments and recommends corrective actions.
• Trains personnel on OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
• Supports workers' compensation claims management and investigations.
• Represents the company to regulatory agencies, insurers, contractors, and vendors on EHS matters.
