Coca-Cola Consolidated in West Memphis is seeking a Senior Director Plant to lead all plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Safety. The role drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and cost management to deliver high‑quality beverages for customers.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of developing high‑performing teams.

Qualificações

• Seven to ten years of progressive Manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC 22000, SQF, HACCP, HARPC, GMP.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong change management and budget experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead total plant operations and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/FDA/EPA) at local, state, and federal levels.
• Drive P&L accountability and cost controls for the site.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards align with customer expectations.
