Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director II, Engineering to lead syrup manufacturing engineering strategy, capital projects, and technical execution. You will guide multi-site teams, drive capital investments, improve reliability, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and OEM partners.

You will build a high-performing organization, translate business needs into technical plans, and communicate at executive levels to enable rapid, informed decisions across a dynamic beverage network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
Significant engineering and technical leadership experience in beverage manufacturing.
Direct beverage manufacturing experience with knowledge of beverage processing systems and equipment.
Strong analytical capability and use of structured problem solving for technical/business challenges.
Strong leadership and executive communication skills with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans aligned with business needs.
Provide senior-level leadership for Syrup Manufacturing Operations, including equipment, automation, and utilities.
Lead resolution of complex engineering challenges across sites and stakeholders.
Govern capital investments with clear business justifications, cost/schedule assumptions, and measurable outcomes.
Build and lead a high-performing technical organization and manage OEMs, contractors, and partners.
Communicate complex engineering issues clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences and drive cross-functional alignment.
