The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director II, Engineering to lead strategy and execution for Syrup Manufacturing Operations. You will steer capital investments, drive reliability, and lead a high-caliber engineering team across multiple sites.

Advanced leadership, deep beverage processing knowledge, and strong communication skills are essential to translate business needs into executable technical plans and to deliver measurable outcomes for a fast-paced network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Significant engineering and technical leadership experience in beverage manufacturing.
• Direct beverage manufacturing experience with knowledge of beverage processing systems and equipment.
• Strong analytical capability and structured problem solving for complex challenges.
• Strong business and financial acumen linking engineering decisions to capital investment and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Syrup Manufacturing Operations, including processing systems and equipment.
• Lead resolution of complex engineering and manufacturing challenges across multiple sites and teams.
• Drive capital investments with clear business case, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical organization with accountability and rigor.
• Communicate complex matters clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences and influence senior leaders.
