VTG is seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) to support our Client's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–12 years of applicable experience (Level 3).
• 12–20 years of applicable experience (Level 4) and 20+ years (Level 5).
• Familiarity with classified databases and targeting tools.
• TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at time of application.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to work with teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Manage programs from traditional operations to specialized initiatives.
• Review ongoing operations and serve as liaison between field personnel and the Intelligence Community.
• Brief customer managers and communicate field information effectively.
