Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling to lead the life sciences/pharma team, managing key accounts and developing client relationships based on trust and performance. The role emphasizes broad scheduling responsibilities, contract oversight, and mentorship within a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction planning/scheduling, P6 and PowerBI proficiency, and strong communication skills to head client meetings and drive project

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in construction planning/scheduling.
• Experience owning Master Project Schedules in cradle to grave ownership.
• Experience working with P6 and PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the life sciences/pharmaceutical team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and apply scheduling expertise to meet contract performance.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver high-quality results and client value.
