Job summary

Linesight is hiring an Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling to lead a cross-disciplinary team in the life sciences/pharmaceutical space. You will manage key client relationships, oversee strategic projects, and ensure cradle-to-grave scheduling excellence, leveraging Primavera P6 and Power BI for performance insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction planning/scheduling
• Experience owning Master Project Schedules in cradle-to-grave environments
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Power BI
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to lead meetings with clients and mentor teams

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the life sciences/pharmaceutical team
• Develop client relationships based on partnership and trust
• Engage new clients and repeat projects using business development skills
• Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure delivery within contract performance measures
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors
• Foster top performance and growth through mentorship and leadership
