Linesight is seeking an Associate Director, Project Controls to lead a seasoned, diverse team in the pharma/life sciences space. You will drive client relationships, engage new opportunities, and oversee strategic projects with a focus on cost control and scheduling.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and the ability to head meetings with clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables across complex projects within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience managing client relationships in pharma/life sciences projects.
• Strong cost management and scheduling background.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as key account manager in pharma/life sciences team and develop client relationships.
• Use business development skills to engage new and existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and ensure delivery within contract metrics.
• Apply project controls expertise to achieve cost and schedule targets.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and develop team performance and client value.
