This role manages and conducts multi-project/multi-task technical and advisory & assistance services assignments, including planning, budgeting, staffing, quality control, and performance oversight. The Program Manager leads strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts; monitors progress; resolves performance issues; and ensures compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
