Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 8-10 years in FP&A, Finance Technology, or EPM.
• Experience leading enterprise planning and forecasting solutions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the roadmap for enterprise planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Own planning platforms, processes, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Standardize processes, data, security, and user experience across the organization.
• Translate FP&A priorities into scalable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Guide solution architecture for scalability and enterprise integration.
• Ensure trusted data and consistent integration across planning and reporting.
• Advance connected planning and scenario modelling to improve decisions.
• Track platform performance, adoption, and business outcomes via KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, controls, security, and governance requirements.
• Simplify and automate processes to improve productivity and user experience.
• Lead and develop a globally connected planning team.
• Coach strategic thinking, product management, stakeholder engagement, and digital finance skills.
