Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Planning Tool, for Raynham, MA with options in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. Lead the vision and governance of enterprise planning platforms to enable world-class FP&A processes across the organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated planning capabilities and drive modernization of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in Finance or FP&A with enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap for enterprise planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Own planning platforms, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Standardize processes, data, security, and UX across the organization.
• Translate FP&A priorities into scalable budgeting and forecasting solutions.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic goals.
• Guide architecture for scalability, integration, and sustainability.
• Ensure governed data and consistent integration across planning/reporting.
• Advance connected planning and scenario modelling to improve decisions.
• Track platform performance, adoption, and business outcomes with KPIs.
• Lead and develop a globally connected planning team.
