Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA locations. You will drive simplification and standardization of Commercial/IBP, Supply Chain, or Enterprise planning processes through technology enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy standardized planning and forecasting capabilities globally.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, strong communication, and project management skills, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting or related experience.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing FP&A technology solutions preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, analytical and influencing skills.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Foundational project management skills are required.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and drive risk mitigation.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Travel 5%–10% domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized FP&A capabilities.
• Document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specifications.
• Communicate risks, enablement, and project status to leadership.
• Drive global core business standardization and adoption for the finance function.
• Develop and execute testing strategies and create test cases with SMEs.
• Lead Ad Hoc projects and analytics alongside the SigniFi program.
• Develop FP&A process documentation and governance materials.
• Partner with change management, communications, and training for global adoption.
• Craft executive messages for Senior Finance Leaders.
