Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is pursuing a Senior Finance Analyst to drive standardized planning and forecasting across a global finance organization. The role focuses on simplifying and standardizing Commercial/IBP, Supply Chain, and Enterprise planning processes, enabling technology enhancements, and partnering with cross-functional experts to deploy standardized FP&A capabilities.

The position requires collaboration across regions, executives, and multiple sites, including Warsaw, IN.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Active participation on a Squad, comprised of a global team of cross functional experts, in the end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities.
• Partner closely with end users and key project team members to understand and document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specifications for respective planning models
• Ensure cross-program interdependencies, conflicts, and challenges are transparently communicated to SigniFi program leadership & proactively work with respective stakeholders to implement controls & risk mitigations to resolve issues and keep project on track.
• Partner across the organization to drive global core business capability standardization, alignment, and adoption for the finance function. Ensure successful deployment through flawless project execution, including post go-live hypercare support.
• Responsible for executing testing strategy, inclusive of developing test use cases, writing test scripts, and partnering with SMEs to execute tests and document/remediate any issues
• Support and Lead Ad Hoc projects and analytics
• Develop and track metrics for the SigniFi Program
• Understand system calculations and dataflows so that key points can be summarized to end-users
• Develop, maintain, and deploy FP&A process documentation (examples include integrated business requirements, desktop procedures, etc.)
• Partner with change management, comms and training to ensure global process changes are adhered to and adopted by the broader organization
• Support the crafting of executive messages to Senior Finance Leaders
