Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of IBP and Commercial EP&A capabilities across DePuy Synthes.
• Design, implement, and optimize planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, operations, and finance leaders for end-to-end planning.
• Develop roadmaps for finance transformation and enterprise priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, standardized solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital, Technology, Data & Analytics teams on platforms and analytics.
• Establish governance, metrics, and operating models for planning processes.
• Identify risks and manage change across project lifecycles.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership via executive reviews.
