Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Planning leader to drive multiple-site planning strategies and standard processes. You will oversee a 12-person team, align capacity planning with business objectives, and ensure data integrity in master schedules.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of cost-conscious productivity improvements. Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue trend analysis, and developing Master Planners while collaborating with Materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 9–12 years related Materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%+ to support assigned sites and business objectives.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning department across multiple sites and oversee 12 direct reports.
• Develop and implement planning strategies and standardized processes.
• Review capacity modules and master schedules to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor department KPIs and manage budgeting responsibilities.
• Develop Master Planners and planning teams to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Materials Manager and site leadership for cross-site alignment.
