Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Planning Supervisor on site in Byhalia, MS to lead the planning staff and optimize costs under the Planning Manager. Responsible for developing planning strategies, systems, and ensuring 100% on-time delivery.

You will build and maintain the Master Production Schedule, BOMs, and drive continuous improvement in capacity and scheduling processes to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of planning experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the planning staff within the workcell.
• Support the development and implementation of planning strategies and systems.
• Aim to optimize costs under supervision of the Planning Manager.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and maintain MPS accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and BOMs.
