KBR is seeking a Planning Manager for Major Capital Projects in Houston. The role owns the integrated schedule for projects in the $500M–$10B+ range, spanning FEL/FEED through commissioning.

You will lead a planning team, establish baselines, and defend critical paths to enable credible forecasts for governance reviews. Requirements include a Bachelor's in engineering/construction, 12+ years in EPC/EPCM planning, and expert Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of planning/scheduling experience on EPC/EPCM capital projects, including 5+ years in lead or manager roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of full lifecycle schedule from FEED through handover.

Aufgaben

• Develop and baseline WBS, schedule architecture, and activity coding aligned to CBS and contracts.
• Integrate schedules from multiple packages into a single master schedule; resolve logic and interfaces.
• Define progress measurement rules, produce weekly/monthly reports, and forecast completion dates.
• Perform quantitative schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo) for P50/P80 confidence.
• Lead planning team, improve procedures, and ensure schedule governance.
