Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a corporate EPC group Planning/scheduling expert. The role coordinates enterprise planning, guides projects on scheduling issues, and supports the Planning & Performance Knowledge Network.

Based in Houston, TX or Reston, VA, the candidate will help develop dashboards and mentor junior staff. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 8–14 years of experience, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, PRA, and Acumen Fuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in engineering, business, construction management or related field.
• 8-14 years of relevant experience (or 12-14 years in some cases).
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
• Must have U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Planning & Performance Knowledge Network activities and support.
• Conduct scheduling reviews and provide guidance on scheduling issues.
• Develop dashboards and analytic guidance for project controls teams.
• Coordinate with planning groups across business lines on procedures and improvements.
• Assist teaching scheduling classes and lead planning coordination meetings.
• Support schedule reviews and contingency workshops as needed.
