Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex EPC projects valued up to $500 million. The role ensures safe, profitable delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives, serving as the primary client interface across the full lifecycle from proposal to closeout.

The successful candidate will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage financial performance, risk, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction while upholding KBR's ethics and project management standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in related projects with Senior Project Management level experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering and possession of a P.E.

Responsibilities

• Assures safe project execution to client satisfaction while meeting cost, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Delivers financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance.
• Serves as prime point of contact between client and company.
• Defines scope of work and negotiates changes with the client.
• Plans project execution and ensures adherence to the plan.
• Leads the project management team to successful completion.
