Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in planning, strategy, finance, operations, or supply chain.
• 5+ years leading teams or enterprise-level planning processes.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning processes including weekly demand planning and long-range planning.
• Develop forecasts, capacity models, and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Align plans with multiple functions such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Establish planning methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
• Translate objectives into measurable plans and operating priorities.
• Provide senior leadership with insights, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve planning conflicts.
