Job summary

WGI is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to shape national growth strategy for integrated planning services within our Architecture practice. You will lead multidisciplinary planning assignments, translate client goals into actionable strategies, and build a team connecting master planning, urban design, land use, parking, and mobility with architectural design.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, leadership of teams, and a strong track record in planning and design integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Advance the national planning strategy with Architecture, Parking, and Urban + Community Planning leadership to set markets, offerings, clients, and growth objectives.
Develop and expand client relationships with public agencies, institutions, developers, property owners, and partners; support projects from planning through design and implementation.
Lead and support project pursuits by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and preparing proposals, scopes, fees, and interviews.
Connect planning services to broader design opportunities to advance client objectives.
