Related Midwest seeks a senior Master Planner to guide the long-term vision for The 78 and other large-scale projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape land use, and integrate infrastructure with public realm while coordinating with Development and Construction teams.

The role emphasizes zoning, environmental and city planning compliance, and the ability to balance long-term strategy with current development constraints.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience in large-scale urban, mixed-use, or campus planning.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder design and planning efforts.
• Strong understanding of site infrastructure, civil coordination, and urban systems.
• Experience with waterfront or climate-resilient design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic goals and objectives for the project during design and construction.
• Draft and monitor project plans, budgets, and scopes to align with objectives.
• Develop and maintain the master plan including land use strategy, massing, circulation, infrastructure and public realm frameworks.
• Guide design vision across multiple parcels and building types.
• Coordinate master planning with architecture, landscape, and building development teams.
