Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited degree required; licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of architecture experience; leadership in projects.

• Ability to guide multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Self-motivated; excels in team environments; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design direction, and stakeholder coordination.
• Mentor staff; grow business through proposals and client partnerships.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and design documentation standards.
• Supervise design teams across all disciplines; ensure quality.
• Director-level client meetings; cultivate strong client relationships.
• Oversee compliance with codes, standards, and sustainable design goals.
• Contribute to strategic direction and firm growth initiatives.
