Job summary

Galloway seeks a leadership-focused Architect to guide teams, strengthen client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of impactful projects. You’ll lead planning and execution, mentor staff, and contribute to growth through proposals and repeat work.

In this role you will supervise design disciplines, manage budgets/schedules, and ensure design excellence from concept through construction administration, fostering a collaborative firm culture.

Qualifications

• Accredited NAAB Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture.
• Licensure is required; NCARB certificate is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across design disciplines.
• Mentor staff and develop project teams; grow the business via proposals and client partnerships.
• Establish budgets and schedules; ensure design quality and documentation.
• Direct client meetings and presentation materials; cultivate client relationships.
• Oversee design directions, drawings, specs, and coordination with consultants.
• Monitor construction progress and provide administration services.
