Southern California Edison is seeking a Planning, Senior Support to coordinate project planning and design activities that keep the electric grid safe and reliable. Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with customer service, computer software, online applications, office equipment, and filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Single Point of Contact for Planning; manages inboxes, mail, task logs, SharePoint updates, Teams messages, calls, walk-ins, access, project tracker entries.
• Facilitates communication between customers, planners, project managers, leadership and cross-functional partners; supports intake for new requests.
• Coordinates Docusign routes, approvals, status tracking, and follow-up notifications.
• Reviews submittals for completeness; assigns resources; pulls structure information, SAP data, maps, and system details.
• Creates and processes service requests and planner files; preserves chain-of-custody documentation.
• Uploads finalized documents and ensures proper SharePoint archiving.
• Splits, packages, schedules, and validates Work Orders for construction, inspection, and rotation planning.
• Generates weekly and ad-hoc reports; validates data quality and resolves exceptions.
