Job summary

Southern California Edison in California is seeking a Planning, Senior Support to coordinate project planning and design activities that keep the electric grid safe and reliable. This fast-paced, collaborative role supports infrastructure improvements for a cleaner energy future.

As a Hybrid employee, you will report to an SCE facility part-time and work remotely on other days; relocation is not required. Ideal candidates have analytical and customer service experience to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with customer service, computer software, on-line applications, office equipment, and filing systems.
• Experience in the electric utility industry (preferred).
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AutoCAD and Auto Desk Utility Design (AUD).
• Experience with Design Manager (DM); customer service orientated.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Single Point of Contact for Planning; manages inboxes, mail, task logs, SharePoint updates, Teams messages, incoming calls, customer walk-ins, front gate/door access, project tracker entries, system notes and documentation links.
