Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Planning/Logistics professional in Simi Valley with hybrid work options. The role supports inventory planning, intercompany orders, and forecasting across multiple sites, including Torrance, Carson, Fullerton or City of Industry.

You will analyze WIP, lead process improvement projects, enhance planning tools, and prepare data for monthly reviews while collaborating with all Howmet sites. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planning tools and place intercompany orders to keep customer inventory within Min/Max.
• Analyze Work in Process positions to identify fulfillment that is late to customer needs.
• Lead process-improvement projects (Order Replenishment, PO maintenance, etc.).
• Enhance forecasting models, financial data, and reports.
• Improve inventory control and turns through planning tool enhancements.
• Support day-to-day operations and tools for order replenishment and PO maintenance.
