Dexcom is seeking a Supply Chain Network Planning professional to join the team responsible for ensuring on-time order fulfillment and inventory optimization for CGM technology. You will build forecasting models, evaluate distribution networks, and drive cross-functional projects to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across regional teams, and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; typically 8 years related experience.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and forecasting experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/Planning systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans.
• Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models.
• Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels.
• Develop KPIs and present quarterly reviews.
• Support inventory impacts with regional teams.
• Analyze NPI and supply implementation strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
