Job summary

You will develop dashboards, analyze trends for capacity planning, and partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are typical for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance space utilization dashboards (badge, sensor, occupancy data).
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for capacity planning and workplace design.
• Support long-range planning through headcount modeling, space optimization, and forecasting.
• Create operational dashboards tracking maintenance and vendor performance.
