Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Senior Associate, Integrated Planning to lead reporting, performance analytics, and cross-functional coordination for the Integrated Planning function. You will synthesize data across the development portfolio into SQDC dashboards and look-ahead reports for leadership visibility.

The role involves coordinating with Well Delivery, Surface Facilities, Power Delivery, Appraisal, and Finance, and supporting planning cadences and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geology, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in capital development analysis, operations, or technical program management, with direct exposure to oil and gas or power/utilities development.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Ability to read and work with development schedules in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools as an analytical input.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for both technical and leadership audiences.
• High follow-through and ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from across the development portfolio into weekly and rolling look-ahead performance reports across the SQDC framework: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based tools that give leadership a clear, current view of portfolio status and trends.
• Conduct variance analysis on portfolio performance vs. plan, identifying patterns and surfacing insights that inform planning decisions.
• Produce materials for look-ahead planning meetings, GeoBlock scoping meetings, and executive reporting cadences.
• Track capital cost per GeoBlock vs. plan in coordination with Finance, flagging deviations that require attention.
