Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Senior Associate, Integrated Planning to become the analytics and coordination engine for the GeoBlock program. You will synthesize portfolio data into weekly look-ahead reports and SQDC dashboards, driving clear leadership visibility and decisions.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, conduct variance analyses, and prepare executive materials while coordinating with Well Delivery, Surface Facilities, Power Delivery, Appraisal, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geology, or related field.
• 5–7 years in capital development analysis, operations, or technical program mgmt in oil/gas or power.
• Strong data analysis and reporting; expert Excel; dashboards in Power BI.
• Ability to read development schedules in MS Project.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and leadership audiences.
• High ownership mindset; manage multiple streams in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data into weekly and look-ahead reports (SQDC).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel tools.
• Conduct variance analysis against plan; surface actionable insights.
• Prepare materials for look-ahead planning and executive cadences.
• Track capital cost per GeoBlock vs. plan with Finance.
• Coordinate with Well Delivery, Surface Facilities, Power Delivery, Appraisal, and Finance.
• Consolidate stakeholder inputs and facilitate scoping meetings.
• Track dependencies and communicate impacts across teams.
• Serve as day-to-day planning coordination point.
• Read and interpret integrated schedules across GeoBlocks.
• Monitor milestone adherence and flag schedule risk.
• Maintain schedule data accuracy across teams.
• Maintain LRM date register and adherence rate.
• Support planning templates, reporting frameworks, and documentation.
• Refine planning standards across phases.
• Analyze defect and lessons-learned data and feed decisions.
• Apply AI tools to speed up reports and knowledge management.
